Your Prices Up To Date?

we take great care to ensure that nothing on our website or
catalogue is ever out of date.
We have a Currency Converter on our Sales Pages for
convenience and always take the exchange rate value on the day the
order
is placed to ensure a fair deal for our customers.
How
Much Is Delivery and Shipping?
Delivery UK for
one Bouncy castle is around £60, but it can obviously vary
depending on the size of the unit and weight etc. . Alternately
you can either
arrange your own delivery or collect your goods yourself from our
premises.
Shipping
This again can be very difficult to estimate for similar reasons,
but you can rest
assured that we deal with an excellent shipping company and will
negotiate on your
behalf for the best possible price to get your goods delivered to
you as quickly
and efficiently as possible.
As a general guide line you can expect to pay around £100-
£200 for delivery
to Europe and £100- £300 for the rest of the world.
These are only very rough
estimates but we can normally provide you with an exact quote the
same day you enquire.
N.B We do not add any charges on top of the shipping price we get
for you, the
arrangements are made FREE of charge.
Customers are very welcome to arrange their own shipping if they
so wish and we
will endeavor to fit in with these arrangements as much as possible.

we See your Inflatables Before We Buy ?
Yes
of course you can see them AND test them out if you like !

inspect our
Bouncy castles with no obligation to buy. If you wish to visit please

to meet you
and discuss your needs as well as to demonstrate various items from
our range.
We can show you just how easily and quickly a bouncy castle can
be erected
or packed away.We will also give you full directions on getting
here and be
delighted to meet you.

Do I Order?
Simply telephone and a member of our staff will be delighted to
take your order
or give you some helpful advice.

Methods Of Payment Do You Accept?
You can pay by Cash, Cheque,Bank Transfer or major Credit
cards or Switch .
On placing an order, we require only 20% deposit per unit, and the
balance to be paid upon completion and prior to delivery.

Yes, we are very pleased to let all our existing and prospective
customers
know that we can certainly help them spread the cost of adding to
thier existing
stock or starting a business from scratch, at the best available
rates.

Do
You Sell Used Bouncy Castles and Inflatables?
Yes
we do, we sometimes sell our own ex-hire units, which we
can guarantee are in very good condition, as well as offering the
general public
free advertising space to sell their own used inflatables. We obviously
can't
recommend any that we haven't seen ourselves, but if we have inspected
any
we will indicate that on the advert.
We
therefore advise that if you are interested
in any used equipment on our site , that you make arrangements to
inspect
the unit thoroughly before purchase. If this proves impossible as
you may be
an overseas buyer, we will do our best to make an inspection on
your behalf
and would not buy anything which was not in our opinion up to scratch.

I Use My Own Design,or choose My Own Colours?
Yes, simply
send us a sketch of your requirements or see our webpage which
enables you to experiment with various colours and designs. If we
have to make
something specially for you we will work out a very competitive
price and do
our very best to design exactly what you want.

They Heavy?
A 12' x 12' Bouncy castle is about 70 kilos including the electric
blower,
it rolls up to about 1m long x 1/2 diameter.
It will fit in an average sized family car.
How
Long Does it Take For Manufacture?
Approx. 2-4 weeks, we do our best to keep to this throughout
the year
